Tread-Ware.com was great to work with. When I first contacted them, I received a quick response from Luke with answers to some questions I had. They will custom bend the transition strips to any height you need and Luke also had some good suggestions for my custom order. When I received the strips, I realized I had made a huge error by not specifying that I wanted the black powder-coated version. Luke replaced the strips. This was clearly my error and I told him he had to charge me something, so he wound up charging me for the shipping only, even though the powder-coated strips are a bit more money. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had. I also wanted to paint the concrete screws to match the black strips and he gave me info on a specific paint and where to purchase it. I'm very happy with their product and the experience and can recommend them completely!

Just received my shipment of diamond trim. It looks absolutely great. Better than I expected and the price was way lower than any other sites I looked into. Most likely will be adding more after installing this. Thanks!

A customer wanted me to restore his old arcade cabinet and I had been fixated on the old, worn out bottom of the machine. Years of getting kicked and dragged around from location to location had beaten the machine. I found my solution here at Tread-Ware. Not only did they fit the diamond plate molding to my exact specifications, they also painted it black to match the finished arcade. The machine looks great, the edges are clean, the look is entirely unique, and I was thrilled with the low price. I will definitely offer Tread-Ware molding as an option on all my cabinets from this point forward. I highly recommend them for their pricing and their service. Thanks, guys.

I purchased the kick plates for our company to install on our doors. I am unable to send you photos but the kick plates look really nice. We installed all twenty pieces through out our facility.
